3 Year Old Class
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9-11:30
Cost: $95/month
**A child may be enrolled in the 3's class if they
turn 3 by December 31, 2009**
The goals of the class are as follows:
- Interact with a large group of children
- Exposure to direction during group activities
- A chance to learn to verbalize rather than act out
feelings
- Classroom exposure to letters and numbers through
individual play, group activities, story time and group
discussion
- Learn responsibility through activities such as clean-
up time and special “helping day” duties
- Field trips to learn about the world around us
4/5 Year Old Class
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9-11:30
Cost: $107/month
The goals of the class are as follows:
- Reinforcement of the previous year's principles
- Continued intellectual development that is reinforced
through group activities – weather and daily calendar,
greater exposure to letters and numbers
- More involvement in the planning process of the
school day
- Gain confidence through the continued learning of
new skills
- Prepare children for Kindergarten
